Dr. Pickman grew up in Southern California, where he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles in 2003. He practiced in Albuquerque New Mexico at Gonstead Chiropractic from 2003- 2012, where he quickly built one of the largest corrective care practices in New Mexico.
Dr. Zach grew up in Southern California, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in Kinesiology from California State University Fullerton in 2015. He then pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in Dallas, Texas where he graduated in the top 3% of his class with the honor of Magna Cum Laude. While at school, Dr. Zach was introduced to the Gonstead method and shortly after became the president of the Gonstead Club, where he taught hundreds of students the intricacies of the Gonstead technique and analysis.
While in Texas, Dr. Zach earned over 200 hours of education on Gonstead clinical studies, technique, and X-ray analysis, in addition to completing his clinical requirements through Chiropractic school.
He also went on to earn beginner and advanced certifications from the International Board of Extremity Chiropractors. These certifications qualify him as an expert in the treatment of common injuries and conditions such as plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, and many more.
Zach has been married to his lovely wife, Heather, since 2015 and they are expecting their first child in early August. He met his wife his senior year of high school and his love for her has only grown stronger over the years and will continue to grow as they navigate through life as first-time parents.
Dr. Zach is also an avid athlete who loves to train and exercise daily. He recently was exposed to Russian kettlebell training and has now improved his ability to move functionally and correctly. He has gotten a once in a lifetime opportunity to combine his love for fitness and Chiropractic at Gonstead Spine and Wellness and is very excited to be treating the wonderful people of the Treasure Valley.
