One of the ways we help patients reinforce what they have learned is with strength & power. Our favorite way to do this is with the Russian Kettlebell.
The exercise with the Kettlebell is not only an excellent fitness exercise, but as functional exercise it helps reinforce all functional patterns for a strong spine and correct posture techniques.
In addition, this form of exercise helps prevent re-injury and maintains proper body movements that will give RESULTS that will last long term.
