Basic principles of the Paleo Diet include:
Less protein, higher healthy fat (coconut oil, avocado oil)
LOTS of vegetables!
Dairy is allowed (grass fed, organic butter)
Seafood (Omega 3)
Fermented vegetables (Keeps normal gut bacteria healthy)
