The foot and ankle is the true foundation for the entire body.

Many orthotics are out there, and they are not all the same!

We first make sure the foot and ankle is adjusted and moving properly before attempting to cast the foot. We then position the foot in the “maximum arch supination” posture; meaning, the foot is placed into a corrected position while casting the foot, to build an orthotic support for the healthy foot, rather than the pathological (unhealthy) foot. This results in a much different type of orthotic.
